Mr. Prem Kumar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, has tendered a praecipe dated 18th July, 2025, pointing out a typographical error in paragraphs 13(a) of the order dated 17th July, 2025 passed in Bail Application No. 2793 of 2025. The mistake is in referring to the Court. He submits that the Court "Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad" be replaced by "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Niphad". He states that the proceedings of Crime No. 86 of 2021 are triable by "Judicial Magistrate First Class". Dr. A. A. Takalkar learned APP does not object to the said corrections as suggested by Mr. Prem Kumar learned Advocate for the Applicant.

In view of the above, paragraph No. 13(a) of the order dated 17th July, 2025, passed in Bail Application No. 2793 of 2025 be corrected and the name "Additional Sessions Judge Niphad" be replaced by "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Niphad". Gayatri Shimpi
