After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Wesley Menezes, learned Counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial does not conclude within a period of one year from the date this order is brought to the notice of the Trial Court. This liberty is granted on the basis of Ms. Megha Bajoria's statement that the prosecution intends to 25th November 2025
