By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 331 of 2024 registered with Adgaon Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 65(1), 64(2), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNS") and under Section 6,10, 12 of the POCSO Act.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Rokade, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances. Leave to withdraw the present bail application is granted.
