When the matter was called during the morning session, there was no appearance on behalf of the Respondent. In the afternoon session, Mr. S.K. Halwasia stated that the application had been assigned to him and, on that basis, sought time. Learned Counsel for the Appellant pointed out that the order dated 11.12.2025 already indicated the appearance of Mr. S.K. Halwasia for the Respondent-NCB. Without entering into the controversy regarding the appearance, and in the interest of justice, time is granted with the clarification that no further accommodation shall be granted in the future 2.
