Without arguing on merits, learned Advocate for the applicant, at the outset, submitted that cross-examination of the Investigating Officer is underway. The applicant is in jail since last five years. Co-accused has been released on bail by coordinate Bench of this Court. Therefore, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within three months from today. 2.

In case the trial is not over within three months from today, the applicant shall be at liberty to renew his application for bail. 3.
