Mr. Walve, learned APP for the Respondent-State, submits that the charge has already been framed in this case. The prosecution is going to examine only 6 to 7 witnesses. Further, he states that the prosecution will complete the trial within 10 months from today. 2) In view thereof Mr. Kakade, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the prosecution fails to complete the trial within 10 months, as aforesaid.

3) Leave to withdraw is granted.

4) Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
