Ms. N. S. Bobade, learned Advocate for the Applicant has circulated a praecipe dated 23.07.2025 pointing out a typographical mistake in paragraph No.10(a) of the order dated 22.07.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2851 of 2025, with reference to the name of the Court. He states that the Court referred to in paragraph No.10(a) is erroneously referred to as "Additional Sessions Judge Baramati", instead of "Judicial Magistrate First Class, Daund, District Pune". The said error in paragraph No.10(a) of the order dated 22.07.2025 passed in Bail Application No.2851 of 2025.
