By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 423 of 2021 registered with Khadak Police Station, District-Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

Mr. Anish Pereira, learned Advocate for the Applicant has circulated a praecipe of today's date seeking leave to simplicitor withdrawal of the present Bail Application in view of the Bail Application being filed before the learned Additional Sessions Gitalaxmi
