Heard Mr. Akshay Bankapur, learned Advocate for the Applicant who submits that one of the ground raised in the Bail Application is the ground of long incarceration. 2.

Issue notice to Respondent, returnable on 4th August, 2025. 3.

Mr. A. A. Palkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State, waives service of notice. He points out that the Applicant has not enclosed a copy of the entire charge-sheet. He points out to the order dated 23rd September, 2024 at page No. 94 and submits that the trial is progressing. He submits that the Applicant was arrested in the year 2021 as prior to that, the Applicant was an absconder. 4.

Mr. Akshay Bankapur, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that he does not have a copy of the entire charge-sheet. Gayatri Shimpi

Mr. A. A. Palkar, learned APP for the State, furnishes a copy of the entire charge-sheet to Mr. Akshay Bankapur, who seeks leave to produce the copy of the charge-sheet on record. Leave granted. Chargesheet be filed within a period of 3 days from today. 6.

Mr. Akshay Bankapur is notified that the Applicant will be considered on merits, more so in view of the fact that though the crime is of the year 2017, the Applicant was apprehended in the year 2021, as prior to that the Applicant was absconding.
