This Application was circulated on the ground of the Applicant having medical emergency.

Issue notice to Respondent, returnable on 31st July, 2025. 4.
Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent-State. She tenders the prisoner's medical report dated 16/07/2025 and refers to paragraph 26 of the said report, wherein it is reported that the current condition of the Applicant is stable on medicine. Said report is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Mr. Akshay Shah, learned Advocate for the Applicant makes a request, seeking Applicants medical examination at the Civil Hospital and calling for a Report on the medical condition of the Applicant. 6.
Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State, agrees to the said suggestion made by Mr. Akshay Shah. She submits that the Applicant would be examined at the Civil Hospital and a report to that effect will be obtained within a period of two weeks from today. 7.
Ms. Veera Shinde states that the said report will replace before this Court on or before 31st July, 2025.

At the request of the Mr. Akshay Shah, learned Advocate for the Applicant and by consent of parties, list the matter on 31st July, 2025.
