When the matter was called out, Ms. Rashmi Bhandarkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances. Talwalkar

Request made by Ms. Rashmi Bhandarkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant is not objected to by Mrs. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP for the Respondent-State and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned Advocate appointed for Respondent No. 2. In view of the same, leave to withdraw the present Bail Application is granted with liberty as prayed for by the Applicant. 4.
In the event, any fresh bail application is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court, on the ground of change of circumstances, the Trial Court to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
Mrs. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP for the Respondent-State on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the prosecution would make an endeavour to expedite examination of the material witnesses i.e. victims involved in the present crime.

In view of the above, Bail Application No. 2859 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
