Learned APP at the outset submits that the application for bail has not been decided by the Sessions Court and hence the present Application filed for the first time be not entertained. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Bail Application No.865 of 2025 is filed before the Sessions Court however, the said Application is not being heard by the said 1/2

It is clear that the Bail Application has not been decided by the Sessions Court till date. Hence this Court finds it in-appropriate to take up the present Application and to decide the same on merits. Instead the learned Sessions Judge is requested to expedite Bail Application No.865 of 2025 and in any case to decide the same within a period of three months from today.

The Application is disposed of.
