Mr. Sachin Shetye, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the allegations made against the Applicant by his daughter the Respondent No.2 are out of her frustration. He submits that the medical evidence does not support the allegations. He submits that the Applicant is not residing with the mother and her present whereabouts are not known either to the Applicant or to the mother of the Applicant. 2.
