Heard Mr. Amit Icham, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that though the statement of Rohan Gangaram Bhandalkar refers to the Applicant being last seen with the deceased, the CCTV footage recording the Applicant, deceased and Rohan Gangaram Bhandalkar on a motorbike and the body being found after a period of 10 days would not support the last seen theory. 2.
