Mr. Avinash Avhad, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the charge-sheet does not refer to the Applicant being involved in the offence of kidnapping, driving and unlawful assembly. He submits that as per the charge-sheet, the Applicant was called at a particular place from which amount was transferred in his account and then re-transferred. Amount was in the form of crypto-currency.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 2nd September, 2025.
