Mr. Suyash Khose, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that one of the grounds on which the Applicant is seeking bail is the ground of parity. In support of the same, he relies on the order dated 8th January, 2025, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Bail Application No. 7477 of 2024. He submits that the involvement of Accused No.5 and the present Applicant in the present crime, is similar and identical.
