By the present Application, the Applicants are seeking Bail in Crime No.1190 of 2024 registered with Wakad Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune.

After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the Application, Mr. Nikhilesh Pote, learned Advocate for the Applicants, sought a pass over.

After some time, the matter was taken up. Mr. Nikhilesh Pote. on instructions from the Applicants craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in the event of a change in circumstances. Gayatri Shimpi
