In the said order, in paragraph No.1, Line No.2, C.R. number is wrongly typed as 2 of 2023 instead of "C.R. No. 66 of 2023", consequently C.R. number 2 of 2023 in operative part of the order also be replaced with C.R. No. 66 of 2023.
