Mr. Chetan Deshmukh, submits that there are 14 Accused in the presence crime. Applicant is Accused No.11. He submits that 3 Accused having similar and identical role as alleged against the Applicant, are released on bail by this Court. He states that the Applicant is seeking bail on the ground of parity. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 2nd September, 2025.
