Heard learned counsel for the Applicant at length. 2.

Learned APP submits that the charge has been framed and hence at this stage the Applicant is not entitled for bail. 3.

Since the charge is framed, a direction can be issued to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and in any case complete the same within a period of one year from today. 4.

Having regard to the said fact, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant at this stage. The Bail Application therefore stands dismissed with liberty to the Applicant to move a fresh bail application in case the trial is not concluded within a period of one year.
