After hearing the matter for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief, learned Counsel for the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this bail application with liberty to renew the request after four months if there is no progress in the trial. The learned Counsel also submits that the applicant will cooperate with the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial proceedings.
