He submits that though the victim was heard before the learned Trial Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 221 of 2025, by inadvertence she remained to be joined as party in the present Bail Application. He craves leave to join/add the victim as partyRespondent No. 2 in the present Bail Application. 2.
Ms. Madhavi Mhatre, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that the victim was notified of the Bail Application by the learned Trial Court, she appeared and objected the Bail Application, as such it would be appropriate to notify the victim in the present Bail Application.
