After arguing the matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant reliefs to the Applicant, Mr. Khatib, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after a period of one year, if the trial does not progress substantially till then. In the meantime, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and proceed to frame charges within a period of three months from the date on which the present order is placed before the Trial Court by any of the parties. 3.
