After some arguments, when I was not inclined to grant any relief, Ms. Hitanshi Gajaria, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file a fresh bail application once the charge-sheet is filed. She also seeks permission to file an interim application once the timetable for the exams of the Applicant is published by his college.
