Heard Mr. Kuldeep U. Nikam learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the State. 2.
Mr. Kuldeep U. Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant points out to the page No.85 which is the memo of arrest of the Applicant. By placing reliance on clause 8 of the memo of the arrest, he submits that the Applicant has not been furnished the grounds of arrest, thus violating the fundamental right of the Applicant. He submits that he intends to raise a specific averment in support of the said ground and he therefore craves leave to amend the memo of the bail application.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 22nd August, 2025.

Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the State waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent and does not object to the amendment proposed by the Applicant in the memo of the application.
