The learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, states that the prosecution intends to examine three more witnesses. She further states that the number of witnesses recorded above shall not be increased. The statement is accepted.

In view of the said statement, the Trial Court shall complete the trial within three months. In case the trial is not completed within three months, it shall be open for the applicant to apply before the Sessions Court for bail.

With the aforesaid directions, the bail application stands disposed of.
