1. Heard Mr.Himanshu Gavit (Through VC), learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the RespondentState. 2.

By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in crime No. 78 of 2024 registered with Panchavati Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 364, 120-B, 323, 404, 506 r/w 34 of IPC and under Sections 4/25 of the Indian Arms Act and under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

On 29th July, 2025 the following order was made:- 1.

Heard Mr. Himanshu Gavit, learned Advocate for the Applicant.

Issue notice to the State/Respondent.

Ms. Madhavi Mhatre, learned A.PP. appears and waives

At the request of Ms. Madhavi Mhatre, learned A.P.P. and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 12th August 2025.

Today, Mr.Himanshu Gavit, learned Advocate for Applicant appearing (through VC), on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to unconditionally withdraw the present Bail Application. 5.

Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the State does not object to the request for withdrawal.

In view of the above and the statement made by Mr. Himanshu Gavit learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave granted to withdraw the present Bail Application.

Criminal Bail Application No.2966 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
