Heard Mr. Suraj Gadkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He has circulated a praecipe of today's date for speaking to the minutes of order dated 30th July 2025. He points out a typographical error in paragraph 11(d) of the said order with reference to the Court. He submits that in the second line of paragraph 11(d), the name 'Pune' is required to be substituted by 'Barshi, Solapur'.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent agrees to the suggestion in the praecipe.

In view of the above, paragraph 11(d) of the order dated 15th July 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 2972 of 2024 needs to be corrected by replacing word 'Pune' with 'Barshi, Gitalaxmi

Order dated 30th July 2025 be corrected accordingly and the corrected copy of the said order be uploaded on the official website of this Court.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.
