Heard Mr. Chaitanya Mulawkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that by order dated 3rd September, 2024, passed in Bail Application No. 2251 of 2024, the Applicant upon withdrawal of his Bail Application, was granted liberty to move a fresh Bail before the Trial Court after 9 months if there was no progress in the trial. He submits that there has been no progress in the trial despite the expiry of the period of 9 months.
