Heard Mr. Aniket Vagal, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that though the learned APP before the Trial Court, was asked to submit/give the list of witnesses, the prosecution intends to examine in the said case, the learned APP failed to funish such list. He submits that if the learned APP makes a statement as to the number of witnesses the prosecution intends to examine in the said crime, then the Applicant would be satisfied and Application can be disposed of on the basis of such statement.
