Heard Mr. Hashim Ansari, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the subject matter of present crime, is purely a civil contractual dispute. He submits that the allegations even if considered in the form made against the Applicant, the same amount to a contractual breach at the hands of Applicant. He submits that subject dispute falls within civil jurisdiction. 2.
