Learned APP on instructions makes statement that the CDR's concerned officers for the relevant time on the fateful day can be produced however, the entire CDR and it could not be advisable provide entire CDR to the other side taking into consideration the issue of security involved. 2.
Learned APP may be justified to some extent in showing hesitance for producing entire CDR however, there cannot be any excuse made to produce CDR for the relevant period before this Court and to provide copy of the same to the other side.
