Advocate Ms. Harshada Morey submits that the Applicant instructed her that he would appoint Advocate Mr. Shailesh Kanthari and therefore Ms. Harshada Morey seeks time to argue the matter. 2.

Having gone through the records, it appears that, since November 2022, Applicant has been in jail. This application is filed on 23rd July, 2025. Earlier, also on 29th September, 2025, the learned Advocate for the Applicant sought time. The above facts indicate that the Applicant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. However, considering the request of the learned Advocate for the Applicant, the Application is adjourned as a last chance. 3.

S. O. 13th March, 2026 It is made clear that no further time will be granted.
