Pursuant to order dated 7th November 2025, Ms. Bhosale, learned APP representing the State, has tendered the FSL report, which clearly demonstrates that obscene images have been extracted from the mobile phones of all the the accused. The FSL report is taken on record and marked as 'X; for identification.

After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Ingawale, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. Permission is granted.

Since the charges have already been framed and the Applicant is in custody since 24th January 2025, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
