The Applicant is seeking medical bail on the ground that, the Applicant is suffering from ailment of Fistula. 3.
It is contention of the learned counsel for the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 4
Applicant that, the Bail Application of the Applicant is pending before this Court, the Applicant is type two diabetic patient and earlier he was operated for Fistula. Now he is suffering from same ailment. Earlier for treatment the Applicant was granted two months temporary bail. Considering the medical condition of the Applicant he be released on temporary bail. 4.
It is contention fo the learned APP that, the Applicant can take treatment in Government Hospital or prison hospital. If he released on bail he may involved in other offences and requested to reject the temporary bail.

I have heard both learned counsel. Perused documents produced on record and report submitted by the Chief Medical Officer, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune. 6.
In the medical report, clinical diagnosis shows Perianal Fistula in a known case of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. In the report it is mentioned that, the prisoner was granted bail from April 2024 to June 2024 for the above complain of fistula. He was operated upon for fistula in private hospital in May 2024. But still the prisoner has repeated N.S. Kamble page 2 of 4
complaints of fistula discharge (on and off) since admission in jail in July 2024. At present the prisoner is under treatment in Yerwada Prison Hospital, Pune. In the report the medical facilities available in prison hospital is given. In the said facilities Reneal test is not available in prison hospital. The Applicant is suffering from complaints of fistula discharge. Hence his treatment is required. Earlier he was granted temporary bail for medical treatment. He has not misused the liberty. Considering these facts I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Applicant-Sunil Kishor Dokephode be released on temporary bail for 60 days in Crime No.75 of 2019 registered with Dattawadi Police Station, on furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. (ii) The Applicant shall surrender before the concerned Court after 60 day's.
(iii) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses. N.S. Kamble page 3 of 4
(iv) The Applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Trial Court.
(v) The Applicant shall furnish his residential address and mobile number to the Investigating Officer.
(vi) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 7.
Criminal Bail Application No.1314 of 2025 is stand over to 9th September 2025.
