Mr. Amit Munde, learned Advocate, submits that in July 2025, the investigation in the present matter was transferred to the CBI by the State Government and hence, he is appearing for the CBI. He seeks two days' time to furnish the following:

(i) Eyewitnesses' statements.

(ii) The injury certificate of the police officer alleged to have been injured by the present Applicant.

(iii) Postmortem reports of the three deceased persons. 10th December 2025

Mr. Munde to file the aforesaid documents on or before 15th December 2025 with an advance copy to Ms. Saili Dhuru, learned Counsel for the Applicant.
