The corrections listed below shall be carried out: (i) In paragraph 5, the sentence "The learned Counsel further submits that the applicant's statement recorded under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) clarifies that any physical contact with the complainant was purely accidental ...." shall be read as "The learned Counsel further submits that the complainant's statement recorded under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) clarifies that any physical contact with the

(ii) In paragraph 6, the sentence "The Counsel further submits that the investigation ...." shall be read as "The learned Counsel further submits that the investigation ...."

(iii) In paragraph 7, the sentence "Mr Markand Patil, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing...." shall be read as "Mr Makrand Patil, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing...."

(iv) In paragraph 9, the sentence "The statement of the applicant recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS...." shall be read as " The statement of the complainant recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS...."

(v) In the operative part at condition (i), the sentence "The applicant shall be released on bail in CR No.184 of 2025, registered at Chaturshrungi Police Station, Pune, upon furnishing a PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount." shall be read as "The applicant shall be released on bail in CR No.184 of 2025, registered at Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune, upon executing a PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- and furnishing one or more sureties in the like amount."

(vi) In the operative part at condition (ii), the sentence, "The applicant, himself or through any other person, shall not tamper with the evidence and exert influence over witnesses." shall be read as "The applicant, himself or through any other person, shall not tamper with the evidence or exert influence over witnesses."
