Mr. Shubham Sane, learned Advocate for the Applicant has circulated a praecipe dated 05.08.2025, seeking correction in the date of the order passed in Bail Application No.3052 of 2025. He submits that the said bail application was disposed off on 04.05.2025. However, there is typographical error in mentioning the order. The date of order is wrongly mentioned as 23.07.2025, instead of 04.08.2025.
