By the present application, the Applicant is seeking bail in C.R. No.618 of 2024 registered at Vadgaon Police Station, Kolhapur for an offence registered under sections 103, 238(A) read with 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and under sections 4 and 25 of the Indian Arms Act.

Mr. Aditya Raktade, learned Advocate, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstance. Ms. Mhatre, learned APP does not object to the request made by Mr.Raktade. 4.
