By the present application, the Applicant is seeking bail in C.R. No. I-213/2023 under section 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Satana Police Station, Taluka Satara, Dist. Nashik. Said crime is registered as Sessions Case No. 119 of 2023 and is pending before the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Malegaon. 2.

Dr. Takalkar, learned APP points out to the order dated 14th January, 2025 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 3212 of 2024. She submits that the Applicant will have to file a fresh bail application before the Learned Trial Court, at the first instance. She submits that the Applicant has directly approached this Court. 3.

In view of the objection raised by the Dr. Takalkar, learned APP, Mr. Pratik Kalantri, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present bail application to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court in V A Tikam

2- BA 3071 of 2025.odt terms of the liberty granted to the Applicant vide order dated 14th January, 2025 passed in Bail Application No. 3212 of 2024. Leave to withdraw as prayed for is granted.

If such application is filed before the Learned Trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.

Bail Application No. 3071 of 2025 is disposed off as withdrawn.
