Heard Mr Kadam, learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant is seeking bail on the ground of parity. He submits that Accused No.4 in the present crime, whose involvement was similar and identical to the involvement of the Applicant (Accused No.6), is released on bail on 15th July, 2025 (page 333 till 338 of the paper-book), as such the Applicant would be entitled to seek parity. 2.

Issue notice. Mr. Amit Palkar, learned APP appears and waives service of notice.

Mr. Kadam seeks leave to amend the cause title by joining the Informant as a party-Respondent. He further seeks leave to correct the typographical error in the cause title in the array of party. Mr. Palkar does not object.
