Heard Mr. Shailesh Kharat, learned Advocate for the Applicants. He submits that among other grounds on merits, the Applicants are seeking bail on the ground of non-furnishing of the grounds of arrest and the Applicants not being produced before the concerned Magistrate within 24 hours of their arrest, thus violating the fundamental rights of the Applicants.
