Heard Mr. Akshay Bankapur, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He refers to the bail granted to Accused No.3 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the bail granted to Accused Nos. 2 and 4 by this Court. He submits that involvement of the Applicant (Accused No.1) is identical to the involvement of Accused No.3 and therefore, seeks bail on the ground of parity.
