In view of the above, re-number the paragraph after 11 as paragraph No.12 and correct the name of the Court in paragraph 12(a) to "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khed Rajgurunagar, Pune" instead of "Additional Sessions Judge, Satara" mentioned therein. 4.
