Ms. Kanchan Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, has tendered a praecipe dated 13th August, 2025 stating and requesting for a change of the Police Station in Condition No.12 (d) of the order dated 6th August, 2025, passed in Criminal Bail Application 3097 of 2025. She submits that the Applicant would be residing in Pune and therefore, it would be appropriate for the Applicant to report to Dehu Road Police Station, Pune instead of Mangalvedha Police Station, District Solapur. 2.

Mr. T. G. Khan does not object to the said request. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the Police Station referred to in paragraph No.12(d) of the order dated 6th August, 2025 be substituted with "Dehu Road Police Station, Pune" instead of "Mangalvedha Police Station District Solapur". Changes be made at two places in the said paragraph No.12(d).
