After hearing the arguments for some time, When I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Kunal Aher, learned Counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the bail application.

He has tendered on record the roznama of the present case pending before the Trial Court. The roznama indicates that from 24th March 2021 the matter was listed for framing of charge. The charge is now framed and the case status of the 18th September 2025

904-BA-3100-2025.DOC criminal case before the Trial Court, as of 12th September 2025 is recorded as 'for production of accused'. 3.

Ms. Poonam Bosale, learned APP, submits that there are only 27 witnesses which the prosecution intends to examine, as per the witness list. In these circumstances, the trial is likely to conclud in a short while. In any case, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. If the trial is not substantially progressed after 6 months, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application.

Permission to withdraw is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
