Heard Mr Rohan Hogle (through VC), learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State. 2.
By the present application, the Applicant is seeking bail in C.R. No. 1791 of 2022 dated 22/11/2022 registered with Chakan Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 341, 141, 143, 147, 212, 144, 148, 149, 506, 120-B of I.P.C. and under Sections 4 & 25 of Arms Act and under Sections 37(1) & 135 of Bombay Police Act and under Sections 3(1)(i) (ii), 3(3) and 3(4) of M.C.O.C. Act. 3.
Mr. Rohan Ghogale, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the first bail application filed by the Applicant was rejected by the Sessions Court thereafter, by this Court and then by the Hon'ble V A Tikam
6- BA 3107 of 2025.odt to be ch Supreme Court. He, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to apply before the Trial Court. He prays that upon such application being filed, the Trial Court be directed to dispose off the said application expeditiously considering the Applicant is in jail for the period of more than 2 1⁄2 years.

Ms. Veera Shinde does not object to the request made by Mr. Hogle, learned Advocate for the Applicant and submits that in the event of change of circumstances, the Applicant is required to approach the Learned Trial Court, at the first instance. 5.
In view of the above, leave granted to the Applicant to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Learned Trial Court. In the event, such application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Bail Application No. 3107 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
