Heard Mr. Shubham H. Singh, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Khan, learned APP for the State. 2.

By the present application, the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 77 of 2023 registered with Khalapur Police Station, Raigad. 3.

Mr. Khan, learned APP points out to the order dated 21st August, 2024 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 2811 of 2023 and submit that in the event of any change in circumstances, the Applicant will have to approach the Learned Trial Court with a fresh bail application at the first instance.

In view of the objection raised by Mr. Khan, learned APP, Mr. Singh, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court. Leave as V A Tikam
