By the present application, the Applicant is seeking Bail in C.R. No. 21/25 registered with Kalwa Police Station, Raigad. 2.

Ms. Aarti Kushwaha, learned Advocate for the Applicant tenders a Praecipe dated 8th August, 2025 seeking leave to withdraw the present application in view of inadvertent errors, mentioning of and referring to wrong numbers as well as production of wrong papers in the present application as more particularly stated in the Praecipe dated 8th August, 2025. Praecipe is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. She seeks liberty to file a fresh application with correct documents.
