Heard Mr. Chaitanya Mulawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. P.H. Gaikwad, learned APP for the State. 2.

Mr. Mulawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the co-accused Vitthal Gajanana Shevle (Accused No.2), Jitendra Natwarlal Patel and Gorakh Dattatraya Pawar are released on bail by this Court. He submits that the said accused have been released on bail on the ground of long incarceration. He submits that the same situation applies to the Applicant, who is in jail for a period of 4 years and 29 days and charge-sheet is not framed.
